Masakecil Parents Relations
Bu Ni had an epiphany when she was still in university about education. Ever since she strongly believes that “great educations” is the solution to a lot of current world’s biggest problems. This is the very reason why education becomes her life passion.
Although her background is a study in Business Marketing & e-Commerce from RMIT, Australia, she never stops pursuing her belief.
Her other expertise also lies in performing arts (singing, theatre playing and dramatic book reading), a passion that she spreads to Masakecil students from time to time.
She is mama of three for Caesar (16yo), Khadiza (5yo) and Kairi (3yo).
Masakecil Principal
Bu Gi is a long time educator with 19 years teaching experience and 10 years in developing and managing International Baccalaureate (IB) pre schools & primary schools prior to joining Masakecil in 2018.
Graduated from Bi-Nus Magister Program in Business Management, She also holds Montessori Diploma from London Teacher Training College. She also holds Primary School Principal Certificate from Ministry of Education.
Ms. Egi has always been very passionate in teaching the young. For her, education is her true life calling. Not only teaching as a profession, she even enjoy to spend her spare time to teach as well as travel to teach fellow teachers.
She is a mother of two wonderful young men, Cloud (14yo) and Auric (15yo)
Masakecil School Counselor
In 2015, Bu La decided to leave her long career in research and brand management field and to care for her baby.
She is a firm believer in raising a child holistically so they can reach their best potential to fulfill their true purpose in this world. With that spirit, she pursued her Montessori Diploma from MMI London in 2017 and since then has continue to share her knowledge within parents community.
She is currently taking another Diploma for Special Needs Children so that Masakecil can serve the children with special needs better.
Very soon, she also planning to pursue Educational Psychology Post Graduate Program, as she believes that learning should be a life time pursuit.
Raising her two girls, Nara, 6 yo and Aila 2yo is also one of her reasons she started Masakecil.
