Job Description:

- Demonstrate an awareness of the physical, social, and intellectual development of children, and know how to adapt teaching to support children’s education at different stages of development.
- Teachers must make accurate and productive use of assessment.
- Know and understand how to assess the relevant subject and curriculum areas
- Use relevant data to monitor progress, set targets and plan subsequent lessons.
- Manage behavior effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment.
- Have clear rules and routines for behavior in classrooms, and take responsibility for promoting good and polite behavior both in classrooms and around the school
- Establish a framework for discipline with a range of strategies, using praise, extinctions, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly
- Manage classes effectively
- Maintain good relationship with children, exercise appropriate authority and act decisively when necessary.
- Fulfill wider professional responsibilities
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Develop effective professional relationship with colleagues, knowing how and when to draw on advice and specialist support
- Take responsibility for improving teaching through appropriate professional development, responding to advice and feedback from colleagues
- Communicate effectively with parents with regards to children’s achievements and well- being.
Requirements:
- Love children and teaching, to educate, shape and inspire future generation.
- Minimum Bachelor degree, with Montessori or Preschool Teacher Diploma preferred. Having experience minimum 3 years at reputable Preschool.
- Fluent, good command in English. Both speaking and writing.
- Operating computer is a must (Microsoft Office and other software).
- Responsible, creative, communicative, and can work both on a team & individual basis.
