Home cooked food with lots of proteins, vegetables and fruit is perfect. Limiting sugars, sodium, eliminating MSG, artificial flavorings and preservatives from children’s diet altogether.
We will not allow any low nutritional value; processed/packaged food as part of the children snack or lunch.
