There are five known different learning style that differ from one child to another ie: Auditory, Visual, Kinesthetic, Socio-Emotional and Metacognitive (deep thinking). Each child have different main and secondary learning style, which this combination creates different learning needs and habit.

A child who have Kinesthetic/Socio-Emotional learning style, for example, will learn differently with a child with Auditory/Visual learning style. A child with kinesthetic/Socio-Emotional learning style need to move a lot and depend on their mood to learn effectively. While Auditory/Visual learner are comfortable learning through pictures, books, videos and listening to their teacher’s explanation about a subject.

The one with metacognitive learning style might ask questions few steps forward from the subject being given by the teacher. They think deep and in need of discussion on how the knowledge might applied in this life even before the teacher discuss this with the class.
